Copine offers contemporary American cuisine executed with classical French technique and attention to detail. We are pleased to welcome you for our 3 Course Prix Fixe dinner service.

Chef Shaun McCrain and his team strive to produce balanced, thoughtful plates with influence from around the globe; note that we write a new menu each week. Additionally, we create optional custom wine and alternative beverage pairings to enjoy with dinner.

Copine serves a set 3 Course Menu that changes weekly, with options in each category and a few supplemental courses. We take bookings up to 60 days in advance.
