Throughout its 10 years in operation, Copine Restaurant was recognized by all of Seattle’s major publications, Art Culinaire Magazine, CNN, Condé Nast Traveler, Food and Wine and the James Beard Foundation in both the categories of Best Chef Northwest (2017) and as a finalist for Outstanding Restaurant (2023.)
Our desire to preserve the core of hospitality, the craft of cooking and the essential care of both guests and employees has led us to today and the creation of Copine Project.
We are pleased to provide Hospitality Consulting for the greater Seattle area. Focusing on operational advisory, refreshing and revising service standards, food costing, kitchen design, better employee retention and improving the overall efficiency of your property.
We also provide Private Chef services and small, curated events by request.
