As we head into the new year and our final stretch, here’s a little information as to what’s changed and why…
Over the past 6 months the most common feedback I have gotten is that there’s not much ‘special occasion’ dining left in Seattle. Copine is what it is because of the collective sum of our parts. Our goal for our remaining services is to lean into what we do best; French rooted cuisine, executed and served by a professional team. At this point we are working with a small, core crew and are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions beyond the very simple. Our menu will consist of 4 courses with an option for the protein. We’ll also have some supplemental items available.
We are operating on a reservation only basis moving forward, which will include our bar seats. Note that your reservation allows you space for the evening…relax and enjoy.
Tableside service elements, customized pairings (both n/a and wine) and a few surpise personal touches are also on our checklist for 2026. The beauty of a long standing team and repeat guests is that we have gotten to know most of you very well; we look forward to creating more memories together over the next 5 months. After all, that’s what hospitality is all about…
